Editors who violate any listed restrictions may be blocked by any uninvolved administrator, even on a first offense.
An editor must be aware before they can be sanctioned.
With respect to any reverting restrictions:
Edits made solely to enforce any clearly established consensus are exempt from all edit-warring restrictions. In order to be considered "clearly established" the consensus must be proven by prior talk-page discussion.
Edits made which remove or otherwise change any material placed by clearly established consensus, without first obtaining consensus to do so, may be treated in the same manner as clear vandalism.
Clear vandalism of any origin may be reverted without restriction.
Reverts of edits made by anonymous (IP) editors that are not vandalism are exempt from the 1RR but are subject to the usual rules on edit warring. If you are in doubt, contact an administrator for assistance.

"Military operations" part of the campaignbox contains "Niger (2016)" which hyperlinks to creating an article named "2016 Niger raid". This is almost for sure referring to Boko Haram's attack on village of Bosso on 3 June 2016. I suggested that name is changed from "2016 Niger raid" to "Battle of Bosso" because after the raid there was further fighting between Nigerien army and Boko Haram in the village. Article that's only about the raid could exist but I believe that article which would contain information about both the raid and further fighting would be better as there is very little to write about the raid itself.
There is also another problem, that's not really related to campaignbox but this is the only place I could write about this. After the raid the village was captured by the Boko Haram, next day it was captured by Nigerien forces and then day after that it was re-captured by Boko Haram. Few days after this Chad sent 2000 soldiers to help Niger fight Boko Haram, one source said that Chadian forces made an assault on Bosso but it didn't say if they captured it, I didn't manage to find anything about when and if Boko Haram ever lost control of Bosso. Without this information the page can't be created, so if anyone can help me find it I would be grateful. OakMapping (talk) 16:51, 15 January 2021 (UTC)OakMapping[reply]
