WikiProject COVID-19
[edit]I've created WikiProject COVID-19 as a temporary or permanent WikiProject and invite editors to use this space for discussing ways to improve coverage of the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic. Please bring your ideas to the project/talk page. Stay safe, --Another Believer (Talk) 18:20, 15 March 2020 (UTC)
Older cases
[edit]Is there a way of toggling between the last 15 days and the chart for all time? On my phone it goes back to 26 February. On Windows & Explorer 11 (and also Edge) it only seems possible to see the last 15 days. Saxmund (talk) 08:01, 25 June 2020 (UTC)
- I've just noticed you can toggle between different months. Not sure if this is a new feature or if (embarrassingly) I just didn't notice it before. But it's very useful.Saxmund (talk) 14:38, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
Percentage or absolute option for new infections?
[edit]I started a discussion on that topic here Project COVID-19, Medical cases charts - change type. My personal opinion is that absolute change display suits much better in an epidemic's second wave. But also the status quo ante (percentage) should be kept here until some agreement is reached (locally or possibly a consensus in linked discussion). -- Kohraa Mondel (talk) 15:22, 3 December 2020 (UTC)
Official data wrong in 2021-12-12
[edit]Today official data was published with wrong value, Instead of: 2021-12-12;616830;21420161;22189867 It came as: 2021-12-12;616830;22420161;22189867 (one million extra recoveries) I can't publish the official data because it makes no sense (people recovering before getting sick) and breaks the graph, but if I publish my corrected version it would be too subjective to accept my correction as official data. I have phoned and twitted Ministry of Health. Holding data update until they respond.
Official data wrong in 2022-09-27
[edit]Official data wrong in day 2022-09-27. Trying to contact Ministry of Health to fix in the issue in the origin.
Weekly data instead of daily
[edit]Planning to convert data to weekly basis. Simply removing six lines per week doesn't bring a good solution, some adaptation must be made to the template. Brunoff (talk) 19:41, 5 December 2023 (UTC)
