Bhuddist Texts

[edit]

Add Five Great Epics in Buddist Texts session. It is very important and old liturical Buddist text in Tamil language. 157.49.166.124 (talk) 17:59, 4 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The yellow-outlined table-thing on the right side of the page says Bhikkhu Bodhi's current occupation is still as President of the Buddhist Publication Society; it's not. He's currently President of the Buddhist Association of the United States. Thank you. 24.194.175.28 (talk) 23:12, 22 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Add Zen to traditions as it is rooted in Mahayana but commonly understood as seperate tradition. Flo Syr Real (talk) 12:38, 8 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Buddhist flag?

[edit]

A user added the Flag of Buddhism alongside the Dharmachakra in the template image. I removed it, as all other religious templates only use one symbol.

Does anyone have arguments for or against its inclusion?

My argument, besides its redundancy in the template, is that the Buddhist flag used is just one of two main variants. Thai Buddhists use a completely different flag. Zoozoor (talk) 01:15, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
