Good grief. You don't average them and express the result to the hundredth of a long ton (the nearest 22 lb or 10 kg). The range here is from 6691 to 6912 long tons (6801.5±110.5) light, and from 8803 to 9045 long tons (8924±121) full (just disregarding an obvious anomaly at 8315).

Throw out the two smallest and the two largest and you have 17 left, 6805±65 long tons light and 8914±86 long tons light

Were there any good reason for using this approximation, the numbers should be "6,800 long tons (6,900 t) light" and "8,900 long tons (9,000 t) full".

But, since you actually have the figures here, you should be citing a source for them and putting the actual figures into each ships article, rather than this unnecessary fictional number.
