Usage

The {{WikiProject Indian roads}} project banner template should be added (not subst:ed) to the talk page of every article within the scope of the project. While the template does not require any additional parameters to use, it has a number of required ones for assessment and maps as well as optional ones that add various extra features to the banner. The full syntax of the template and the most commonly used parameters are as follows:

To avoid needlessly cluttering up talk pages, it is usually appropriate to remove any unused parameters from the template.

Parameters

Accepted values are case insensitive unless otherwise specified. Alternate values are in italics. All parameters are optional unless otherwise specified.

needs-map	yes no na	Required. Indicates whether the article needs a map. If the article does not require a map, use NA or na. needs-kml	na, if appropriate	Indicates whether the article needs a KML file added through the {{Attached KML}} template. If the article does not require a KML, use NA or na. If this parameter is not specified, the banner will automatically detect if an article's KML file exists or not (as a subpage of Template:Attached KML). needs-rjl	yes no	Indicates whether the article needs a road junction list. If the article does not require a RJL, use no. If the article has a RJL that is properly formatted (per MOS:RJL), use the attention-rjl parameter instead. If not specified, mainspace articles will default to |needs-rjl=yes.
