[edit]- ... that in Maryland, as per the recent case United States v. Graham, the government can order providers to disclose historical cell phone location data without a warrant or probable cause?

- This article is a good account of the case concerned. It fulfils the DYK criteria in general, however, though the hook statement is covered by the references and is the main point of the article, it does not specifically appear in a single sentence with an in-line citation.
