• ... that children on pony rides (pony pictured) should wear equestrian helmets?

• ALT1: ... that rule of thumb for a pony ride (pony pictured) is that the legs of the child should reach at least halfway down the sides of the pony?

• Comment: Image is optional, the article has more, I'm also open to "hookier" hook ideas.
