This page is not unambiguously promotional, because I have not got paid by writing this article and I am not affiliated with the subject who matters.
Mr wiesfeield contributions to the Israeli and global hi-tech ecosystem are worth mentioned. I find this article balanced and neutral. If not, I will work on it make it better --Shaykea (talk) 16:59, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I have removed the speedy-deletion template, but added {{notability}} and {{tone}} templates. Any editor who disagrees with me may restore the speedy-deletion template at any time, after which any administrator may, if he agrees, delete the page. With that in mind, your first priority should be to 1) have 1-5 references that, taken together, clearly demonstrate this person's notability. See WP:Notability and the other notability guidelines listed there for guidance.
Your second priority should be to make sure there is no "puffery" and nothing in the page that would give anyone the idea that the primary purpose of the page is to make the subject "look good."
If both aren't done in the next few days, I expect that this page will either be tagged for "speedy deletion" again, sent to "Draft" space for updating/improvement, proposed for deletion, or nominated for deletion through WP:Articles for deletion. The only reason I didn't send it to AFD immediately is that I know you are aware of the issues and plan on working on them. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 17:52, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Also, This page is not unambiguously promotional, because I have not got paid by writing this article and I am not affiliated with the subject - no, "unambiguously promotional" is based on the text as well as the author's intent. If the tone of the page is unambiguously promotional that means it would require a fundamental rewrite even if the topic is notable and even if the author has no conflict of interest regarding the topic. If I were to write an article about, say, my favorite top-league association football team, but I made it sound like it was written by a "fan-boy" gushing praise on the team, that page would rightly be deleted as "unambiguously promotional." In my opinion, your text comes close to that line but does not cross it. Trimming the page of unnecessary or un-encyclopedic detail would be a good start. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 17:57, 8 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
