This needs to be split
[edit]This article doesn't seem to distinguish between the Georg Buchner play and the Werner Herzog movie. They should have their own seperate entries.

- I think that this has now been addressed. –– Jezhotwells (talk) 15:00, 27 March 2010 (UTC)
Woyzeck and Wozzeck
[edit]The play started as Wozzeck because the title in Büchner's manuscript was misread. There should be something in the article indicating when the play was known as Wozzeck and when it was corrected to Woyzeck. Contact Basemetal here 15:32, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
- When Berg wrote the opera version, he said he knew the real name of the play, but stuck with the name "Wozzeck" because it was easier for the actors to sing. 73.137.170.88 (talk) 19:23, 11 August 2015 (UTC)
Korean version of musical
[edit]A musical version is currently running in Seoul. It is a translation of a version by Rod Shepherd and Chris Broderick from the Singing Loins. Also involved are leading ROK producer and director Yun Ho-jin , director of "The Last Empress" ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Empress_%28musical%29) and Kim Su-yeong as singer. English pronunciation
[edit]What is the (English) pronunciation of Woyzeck? (I just heard the song-writer of the recent musical pronounce it as 'voy - check'.) I think it is important or Wikipedia to tell readers how to pronounce words that aren't in the dictionary. 211.225.33.104 (talk) 00:07, 25 October 2014 (UTC)
