This page appears to be an almost 1:1 copy of Extending WLAN Range with Repeaters without citation. This is evidenced most by the (define) items in the Wikipedia article having no link while the original article uses such sections to define terms (which indicates their article came first, along with the 2003 date versus this item in 2009). wi-fiplanet.com's Permissions do not appear to allow duplication of their articles without citation.
