This "William Higgitt" page should be retitled (i.e., "moved") to read William Leonard Higgitt.

The name of the subject of this article is William Leonard Higgitt, not "William Higgitt". All of the literature out there, including his time with the RCMP and Interpol, refers to him by the name of William Leonard Higgitt.
