Stub?
[edit]Hi, PostOak: I had a Texas-related stub flag on this article, but I removed it when I though I had expanded it beyond stub status. I see you put a Houston-related stub flag on it. So, I'm wondering: Where is the line between stub and article?
The WP guidelines aren't real clear:
- "Stubs are very short articles - generally just a few sentences."
- "Once a stub has real content, it's a real article. The vast majority of articles fall into this category. They may have weaknesses, and you're encouraged to copyedit them and, where you have the knowledge, to add content."
- "Once a stub has been properly expanded and becomes an article rather than just a stub, you or any editor may remove the stub tag from it. No administrators' action or formal permission is needed. Be bold in removing stub tags which are clearly no longer applicable."
I've tried to expand it further, but have had difficulty finding more info. Is this really still a stub? What are your guidelines?--Evb-wiki 01:25, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
- No, not a stub at all. I added this in error, my apologies! Postoak 07:56, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. I'm still learning the ropes. Thanks.--Evb-wiki 09:25, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Location of the Murders of Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Peña
[edit]I'm wondering if it might be appropriate, perhaps in the History section of this article, to mention that the infamous murders of Jennifer Ertman and Elizabeth Peña occurred along the White Oak Bayou. The murder already has an article here. Bubbleking (talk) 01:58, 6 July 2017 (UTC)
