Most of the Commissioner of Weihaiwei article can and should be covered here, there's a lot of duplication, and no need for two small articles, when one would be more than adequate. I agree, the two articles aren't long enough to warrant a content fork and everything in the Commissioner article is either a) already covered in this article or b) isn't, but is more germane to this one than the other. -165.234.252.11 (talk) 18:11, 6 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
