Second sentence. "The population was 8,596 at the 2000 census." Umm... that seems like a mistype. But then I see it later, as well. Checking multiple sources and Waukesha is a lot bigger then that, even at the 2000 census. http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/55/5584250.html According to this site, 64,828 is the population. The official census.gov 67,625 is the population. That's not that big of a difference, but much bigger then any 9,000.
