Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam

I was pretty surprised to see nothing on here about the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam. This has been a very internationally well-known aspect of the geopolitics in the Nile basin, leading to tension between Egypt and Ethiopia. I don't have the time or expertise to edit this article now, but thought that I would bring this up as an area for improvement.
