redirecting to Bob Marley
[edit]This is a valid article in its own right. Redirecting this article to Bob Marley disfavors the other members of this band. If you dislike this article, then you'll have to go through the AfD procedure to have it deleted or redirected. --Ezeu 09:30, 13 March 2006 (UTC)
Merger
[edit]It's been suggested that these are really the same band operating with a slightly different name. If that is the case, they should probably be merged. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:24, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
- "The Original Wailers" and "The Wailers" are in fact not the "same" band and do not need to be merged or placed together. The Original Wailers were formed in September of 2008 with the combined efforts of Junior Marvin, Al Anderson, and Earl Lindo (original touring members of Bob Marley's Wailers). The Wailers, on the other hand, are a totally different band under the Leadership of Aston "Family Man" Barrett. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.29.117.77 (talk) 09:14, 26 April 2009 (UTC)

Wailers Band → The Wailers Band — The correct name is "The Wailers Band" as seen on their three studio album covers I.D., Majestic Warriors and JAH Message --Beej2k6 (talk) 21:24, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

The band members of "The Wailers Band" got mixed with the members of "The Original Wailers" as both bands definitely DON'T have the same lead guitarist and Aston Barrett is still active member/frontman of The Wailers Band and not a past member, it appears as if someone has merged both musician-lists into one... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:42:2C29:9100:41E3:A85E:5CAA:4884 (talk) 21:59, 4 April 2014 (UTC)
