Image:WZVN7.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. HD or SD 16:9 newscasts?

Aren't WZVN's newscasts just in widescreen, not HD? I know they bought HD equipment, but I think the news is only in SD widescreen. Ntropolis 21:32, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

(They are only Wide screen, not HD, NBC2 WX PLUS Is the only thing that is in HD Right now, WZVN Claims they are in HD, But they are Truly wide screen.) Oct 11,2007 21:41pm UTC.

Launch Date

It lists Aug 21 1974 as the launch date on the right hand side of the screen. But in the article it says Aug 31 1974, would someone contact Montclaire Communications to find out the correct date.
