Odd, no one has followed up on this posting. It would be a shame to remove this RV entry as people often will see one driving down the road and then be curious what the heck is that thing. This write-up is a good, brief history, that includes all the facts as I have heard them. If I can figure out how to edit I can provide references to the posts I have seen about it, but I get a little long winded. --- Randy
I agree with Randy. The uniqueness and and unusual design features of this vehicle make this article useful. As of August 2011, the article is somewhat short on detail and could use additional work. I'd like to see the article expanded. 67.169.161.201 (talk) 05:42, 6 August 2011 (UTC) Stephen
There is a typo in the Overview - listing the engine as the BMW 2.5L E21. I don't have independent knowledge regarding the Vixen, however there is no E21 BMW Engine, that is a model designation (which had an engine, mind you). The M21 (which is quoted elsewhere in the article) is likely correct, and exists as a BMW engine, but is further a 2.4L diesel not a 2.5L diesel. --- Eric (20140728) — Preceding unsigned comment added by BmerMeUp (talk • contribs) 19:35, 28 July 2014 (UTC)
Leave it alone, pls :-)
[edit]Since there's a quality complaint box recommending changes and even possible deletion of the article I would like to point out that I was quite happy with all the info provided and even with the style in which it was presented. Would it have been deleted I would have come in vain to read about these cars. Why would one want to delete information which is already presented in useful form even if these cars are not availlable in millions ? I write this only to document that there are people who value this article even in its present form. And no, I'm not a Vixen fan - never heard about these things until today.
