Rewrite

[edit]

I just edited the article, as it was written in the future tense, though it has started service. Also, it appeared to be extremely biased toward Ryanair. Additional information, or current updates would be useful.Gittinsj 02:16, 24 March 2007 (UTC)gittinsj[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:VivaAerobus.gif

[edit]

Image:VivaAerobus.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Destinations page

[edit]

I moved the destinations to a separate destinations page. I thought that the long list of destinations on the main page made the article look cluttered. I think this way the article is more organized, but if anyone objects, feel free to revert it. (D.c.camero (talk) 05:52, 12 May 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Recent edits to the fleet section

[edit]

@Vmzp85: Forums are not reliable sources per WP:SPS and you did not even include this as a reference in the article but just in your edit summaries. The same SPS rationale applies to planespotters, which you used three times in your last three edits [1] [2] [3]. Additionally, removing the {{FV}} tag from the infobox when the same source is used can be considered disruptive.--Jetstreamer Talk 21:07, 14 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accent mark

[edit]

The name has no accent mark on the official site, even in Spanish. Trigenibinion (talk) 18:50, 9 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

VivaAerobúsViva Aerobus – Current title is misspelled and I can not realize the move by my own as I am not yet autoconfirmed user. RodVal (talk) 16:30, 7 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Fleet reference makes no sense, source contradicts

[edit]

The article says: “average age of 5 years, integrated, by 68 Airbus: 42 Airbus A320 and 128 Airbus A321.[42]”. This can’t be correct because those numbers don’t add up. Further, the referenced article currently gives completely different numbers. 107.120.35.102 (talk) 23:15, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Name change to "Viva (airline)"

[edit]

Hi. Recently, the Mexican carrier has introduced a new logo after months of photos of its new livery being uploaded online. It has removed the "Aerobus" from its brand, so it could be safe to assume "Viva" is its new name. There seems to be no reference to the "Aerobus" text in their recent social media posts, but their accounts still maintain the original name (e.g. "@vivaaerobus").
