Sarak cast is a real cast of minority

We (West Bengal-Dist -Bankura,Purulia) are belong in sarak cast and we are Other Backward class(OBC-B). But we can claim that sarak communities are minority cast in india.so I request that we mean that we have a minor system of minority class like other minorities in India, and choose the right way.
