Japanese Input System?

[edit]

==== Japanese Input System ===={{Bird-stub}} is the entire content of this small section, but what does the Wiki Bird-stub have to do with Google? All it does is make this very large list into a stub in Wikipedia. Why?--DThomsen8 (talk) 01:04, 16 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speaking of, the “Post-Cancellation” section also needs to be updated. Avnish Prim (talk) 20:51, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
By “updated,”, I mean that Google Japan announced a Gboard “Double Sided Version,”, keyboard on October 1st of this year. The keyboard is shaped like a Möbius Strip. Why is there no information on that? Avnish Prim (talk) 20:54, 6 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blank Youtube Page

[edit]

Seems that Youtube being a blank page or have no sound are legit bugs:

In this case either it may be coincidental since there is no footnote. Deleted until there are widespread reports. 219.76.19.79 (talk) 06:02, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Appears that the Anaglyph Google Maps No longer works

[edit]

Attempted to activate the Anaglyph 3D function as described, to no effect. Assume this has been discontinued at some point. Removed from main page. Kahlzun (talk) 01:07, 28 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

2024 section

The "I'm feeling lucky" button randomly selects between options by default, sadly. 136.35.146.139 (talk) 13:50, 1 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The "I'm feeling lucky" button behavior that was described is not specific to 2024 April's fools.

However, there have been smaller scale April's fools jokes even after 2022. In 2024 for example Chrome Developer tools introduced an Easter egg only triggering on April 1st 2024 - more info. --Jens m0 (talk) 06:25, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Waymo April Fools

[edit]

Waymo had an April Fools joke in 2024 - https://sfstandard.com/2024/04/01/waymo-google-alphabet-robotaxi-april-fools-day/.

Though, Waymo isn't under Google anymore, but is under Alphabet, Google's holding company. Is it still worth adding it to the article? Sfstandard seems to be the only somewhat reliable source though, all other information I found comes from first-person accounts. Sominemo (talk) 00:00, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
