Page move

[edit]

I think this page move should have been discussed first - I have seen the name of this player through this website where they name him "Valentin Castellanos" instead of Taty. Aside from that, I don't know anything else about this player apart from what the BBC and some other sources on that page but I do think the article should be returned whence it came.

Making headlines by beating Real Madrid made me search for the player on Wikipedia but I wasn't expecting the article to be titled as "Taty Castellanos". Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 20:07, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Seems a reasonable move to me. Searches on Google News yield 6,280 results for Taty Castellanos compared to 1,410 for Valentin Castellanos, and his profile on Girona's website refers to him as Taty. Mattythewhite (talk) 21:04, 25 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think you're response seems fair. It was four years ago I started a discussion to move João Filipe (Portuguese footballer)Jota (footballer, born 1999) by what the Benfica website called him so this Castellanos case should be fine as well. Iggy (Swan) (Contribs) 19:59, 27 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
