Resolved

I have resolved the numerous link problems. All links have been updated, many changed to non-archived (and pop-up free) sites. I have also refined the wording in several places for succinctness and accuracy, and have made the whole list sortable. Best regards. Drdpw (talk) 21:50, 5 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
