Civilian service as a tug named Seahorse

There was a much larger tug and/or workboat names M/V Reliant Seahorse which collided with the M/V Alaska and sank. This was not the same vessel as this one; see:

It's also possible that it was purchased in a for scrap status then used anyway; looking at this link:
