Curtis Wilbur History and Pictures
[edit]I'm the Public Affairs Officer for CURTIS WILBUR. Earlier today I tried to add further history of the ship and it wa removed (by MBK004, whose Talk Page I could not edit) for not meeting verifiability standards. This seems indefensible because the ship's history comes from its schedule, which is classified. The information I added was culled from a classified source, and the parts from it that I added were unclassified. The information is therefore unverifiable (even though it's true, I was onboard for all the things I added) because the source is classified. I also noticed that all of the pictures of the ship have been removed, even though they were uploaded by a sailor, making their use acceptable as it was all government work. Please advise on how I should go about "proving" the information I wish to add. CDWPAO (talk) 07:05, 4 September 2010 (UTC)
