I have formed a view based on preliminary research that the Wikipedia article for the subject, an Iranian village is in fact incorrectly named by the editor who created it. Four alternate spellings for its English romanization is nominated in the same article. The few sources on the article itself does not actually establish that "Turian" is the correct common name in English. On Google Maps, it is marked and romanized as "Tourian", a version of the Romanized name which is curiously not mentioned in the article at all so far. Two websites which appear on the first page from Google Search results which promote tourism in the area, presumably endorsed by the Iranian government, also spell the village's name in English as "Tourian".
