Authors of Characters
[edit]I've added the author responsible for each character in the original collaboration, but I'm not entirely happy with my ref (TV Tropes), which is tertiary at best & doesn't cite its sources. I also remember reading a review of the method of collaboration — e.g. there was extensive crossover rewriting to smooth out style — but I can't find the article any more. Anyone with better sources, please help. Despite the very mixed reviews, this is a notable book on several grounds, and further details would be useful. --D Anthony Patriarche (talk) 09:42, 17 November 2018 (UTC)
- Actually, it was me who wrote that TV Tropes description, and my info came from the foreword to the 2002 Russian translation of the novel by Eksmo (ISBN 5-699-01081-5). Since the foreword is marked as copyright by Julian May, I assume it is present in at least some of its English editions, as well, and the info should be easily verifiable. --Koveras ☭ 20:37, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
