  • Support A quick Google search reveals that both are used; "Toscolano Maderno" seems more common in top results and, for reference, is the name of the article on the Italian-language Wikipedia. With this in mind, seeing as both are common, we can probably favour the official name. The lead sentence should probably mention both versions.
