- In "The Rainbow, Volume 1, Number 10, April 1982" Page 1 Lawrence C. Falk states "Incidentally, the RAINBOW is now a truly international publication. A separate edition is being published in Australia for Australian and Asian markets through a license to Gregg Wilson of Australia.
