I just want to bring attention to Citation 13 in the Claims Section of this Wikipedia Page. The editor claims that The Pyongyang Times had claimed, "Meanwhile, it has described North Korea as the only country in the world that has no HIV/AIDS sufferers." in past but on verifying the Cited Source I could not find any reliable evidence suggesting this is true. Furthermore, I decided to search a bit but could not find any other reliable and verifiable source either. The Cited Source is a Report published on 18th December 2004 by Yonhap News Agency a known Anti-DPRK agency. However I could not find any report published by Yonhap Agency on the date mentioned. I have decided to edit the page and mark the claim with (verification failed). As this is a sensistive topic. I have not decided to delete it without a general consensus. Thank you.
