The result of the move request was: articles not moved Armbrust, B.Ed. WrestleMania XXVIII The Undertaker 20–0 12:46, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
- The Office (U.S. season 6) → The Office (season 6)
- The Office (U.S. season 7) → The Office (season 7)
- The Office (U.S. season 8) → The Office (season 8)
- The Office (U.S. season 9) → The Office (season 9)
– Think about it. What's the point of the U.S. at the beginning? Yes, I know there was a UK series, but that series had two serials. This show has nine seasons. I already moved the first five season, and I was unable to move these. They need to be moved. Bob Mono (talk) 13:35, 27 June 2012 (UTC) Bob Mono (talk) 13:36, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose - The only reason I dislike this idea is that, yes, there was only two series for the British one, but, having "The Office (US season 1, 2)" and then suddenly jumping to "The Office (Season 3, 4, 5...)" is confusing and they don't go together at all. I think the same consistency should be used for the entire series. Redirects are fine with me.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 14:23, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- Might I add that Season 3, 4, and 5 should be moved back as well.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 19:46, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose; consistency overrides conciseness here. Powers T 14:25, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- And if I may add, this is where the convention for television season articles is revealed to be non-ideal. "Season 6" or whatever should not be a disambiguation; it's the actual topic of the article. These articles should be titled The Office (U.S.) season 6 or or Sixth season of The Office (U.S.) or similar. Powers T 14:27, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- Well, considering season five is actually titled "The Office: Season 5", I don't know if the convention is really non-ideal.--Gen. Quon (Talk) 19:46, 27 June 2012 (UTC)
- No, the DVD collecting season five is titled "The Office: Season 5". There's a difference. (And even if you were correct, The Office (U.S.): Season 5 or The Office: Season 5 (U.S.) would be superior article titles.) Powers T 02:24, 28 June 2012 (UTC)

- Oppose. There is a UK version, a French, and so many others. A strong oppose. TBrandley 00:00, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose to maintain consistency with the first two seasons. I see these as articles split from or a continuation of the main article, The Office (U.S. TV series), so the parenthetical does serve as a disambiguation between individual seasons of the show. Shows with one or two seasons wouldn't need separate articles in most cases, so I think a more "ideal" name would be The Office (U.S. TV series season 1), etc. It's a bit more precise (it's not The Office (U.S.), although a bit awkward looking. --StarcheerspeaksnewslostwarsTalk to me 00:37, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
- Strong Oppose. To change from having the "U.S." for Seasons 1 and 2 and then removing it for Seasons 3 and onwards would be inconsistent, and therefore unencyclopedic. Strong oppose. RedSoxFan2434 (talk) 03:20, 28 June 2012 (UTC)
