Notability during WP:AFC review

I think this meets WP:GNG based on the references given plus this quote from None is Too Many: Canada and the Jews of Europe, 1933-1948 By Irving M. Abella, Harold Troper, p. 328: "According to John Porter, in 1957 the three leading elite private clubs in Toronto were the York Club, the Toronto Club, and the National Club." This in turn was quoted from John Porter's "The Economic Elite and the Social Structure of Canada," Canadian Journal of Economics and Political Science 23 (1957), p. 393.
