The Exile (Ames and Taibbi book) → The eXile: Sex, Drugs, and Libel in the New Russia – per WP:SUBTITLE, WP:NATURALDIS, WP:NCDAB. I grieve in stereo (talk) 20:21, 25 March 2020 (UTC) —Relisting. Anarchyte (talk | work) 12:26, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose. None of the policies cited seem to me to support this move. Andrewa (talk) 10:34, 3 April 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, they literally all do. How is natural disambiguation not preferable to parenthetical disambiguation in this case? And the natural disambiguation is hardly an "extremely long one", per WP:SUBTITLE. I grieve in stereo (talk) 08:15, 5 April 2020 (UTC)
- Move to The Exile: Sex, Drugs, and Libel in the New Russia The use of the long title is well-supported in the sources, and this kind of move is supported by guidelines. The issue related to "eXile" vs "Exile" is that we avoid stylization in page titles and the preponderance of sources also do so in this case specifically. -- Netoholic @ 14:11, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
- ah, ok. I support that move. I grieve in stereo (talk) 21:11, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
- also, does that mean The eXile should be moved? I grieve in stereo (talk) 21:47, 8 April 2020 (UTC)
- Probably. -- Netoholic @ 18:54, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
