The Big Game (1972 film) → The Big Game (1973 film) – Correct release year JonathanDP81 (talk | contribs) 05:45, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose/delete Non-notable film. Wikipedia is not a film directory, WP:NOTDIRECTORY, an IMDB listing is not sufficient to justify an article on it. Support moving The Big Game (1936 film) and Big Game (2014 film) to The Big Game (film) and Big Game (film) respectively, per WP:SMALLDETAILS.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 06:06, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
- THIS. This article does not merit keeping, and should be deleted. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 00:13, 22 April 2018 (UTC)
Support, this is uncontroversial so shouldn't require a move request. Notability is irrelevant since deletion is beyond the scope of a move request. —Xezbeth (talk) 06:52, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
- Should be kept at the current title assuming the below is accurate. A redirect from The Big Game (1973 film) probably wouldn't hurt. —Xezbeth (talk) 15:03, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
- Support per nom. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 07:06, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
Supportper nomination, Xezbeth and Lugnuts. Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 08:34, 19 April 2018 (UTC)- Oppose - Every source I've found uses the 1972 year of release [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7]. -- Netoholic @ 06:39, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose. I am changing my above vote of "Support" to "Oppose" since this is one of those international co-productions for which exact details are elusive. The filming apparently took place in 1972 and it was screened around the world in 1973 and 1974, although earliest screenings may have been in 1972. IMDb uses 1973, but BFI and what appears to be a majority of other film websites, such as Alchetron and the two sites which IMDb itself has appended under its "External Reviews" — AllMovie and Fantastic Movie Musings and Ramblings use 1972. Others, such as CineCity or Film Affinity use 1973. At this point, it might as well remain at the year of production, 1972, per BFI. Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 08:47, 20 April 2018 (UTC)
