Merger proposal

I propose that Telecommunications in Kosovo be merged with Information and communications technology in Kosovo. Both articles include information on very similar topics, already, there is significant overlap, and both articles are stubs. I welcome suggestions on which article's name should be adopted, or whether a new name should be created. I have also proposed the merger on the other article.
