Focused too much on immigrants in US

I think this could qualify as no neutral, even when this point of view is not in conflicts with others, the fact is that most of the population that uses tandas don't live in US, and this article talks almost exclusively of people living in US. 2620:0:1000:8010:C362:EA95:728E:8F0D (talk) 00:01, 14 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Criticism

I just added a section stating the disadvantages of this saving system. I think anyone that it's considering to take part of one of these schemes needs to know the opinion of the experts and it's reasonable to think that they may search Wikipedia to get information about this.
