Talaingod, Davao del Norte → Talaingod – No other place, person or event that carry the same name. Exec8 (talk) 02:50, 29 May 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose per WP:CONSISTENT. It is counterintuitive to single out Talaingod, but leave main title headers of other uniquely-named entries under Category:Municipalities of Davao del Norte unchanged. Ultimately, the forms of entries under parent Category:Municipalities of the Philippines serve as examples. There are various inconsistencies, but most uniquely-named municipalities do use the form that consists of the comma followed by the name of the province, as exemplified by the entries under Category:Municipalities of Zamboanga del Sur. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 15:07, 30 May 2020 (UTC)
- It is consistent as per resolution on Cagdianao and Capas which the Philippine editing community had adopted. --Exec8 (talk) 15:26, 30 May 2020 (UTC)
- Taking into account the points raised in that lengthy discussion, I would certainly support a mass nomination which includes all such uniquely-named main title headers under parent Category:Municipalities of the Philippines or, at least for the purposes of this nomination, the other unique headers under Category:Municipalities of Davao del Norte — Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte; Kapalong, Davao del Norte and New Corella, Davao del Norte. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 17:09, 30 May 2020 (UTC)

- Support, support moves recommended by User:Roman Spinner.--Ortizesp (talk) 17:30, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
- Support. The reason I provided on the RM for Cagdianao also applies here. —seav (talk) 20:35, 2 June 2020 (UTC)
- Addendum. I also support moving Braulio E. Dujali, Kapalong and New Corella in a similar manner as mentioned by Roman Spinner. —seav (talk) 07:48, 5 June 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nom and previous RMs. —hueman1 (talk • contributions) 12:08, 7 June 2020 (UTC)
- Weak oppose until the WP:MOSPHIL section on municipalities has been officially revised (my suggested wording at User talk:Seav#About_uniquely-named_municipalities) -- pls. see Talk:Bocaue, Bulacan on my mistake of bypassing the correct process of revising the MOSPHIL. Even if there is now consensus on the talkpage of MOSPHIL, the guidelines on relevant sections and/or wording on MOSPHIL and even on Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names)#Philippines hasn't yet officially revised. Talaingod, Davao del Norte → Talaingod – Updates on WP:MOSPHIL is now official. Also per the move at Talk:Baliuag, there is now consensus about the new naming scheme. A uniquely-named municipality not needing the name of the province as disambiguation. I also ended the thread at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Requests for closure#Wikipedia_talk:Manual_of_Style/Philippines-related articles#Revisiting the comma convention for article titles of municipalities after obtaining some inputs from the talkpage of that forum.
