[edit]I'm marking this page for cleanup.
Places to begin cleanup: The first half contains a list of books that can be merged into the biblography, the bibliography can list publishers, and the second half of the bio contains trival data on likes and dislikes that don't have bearing on an encyclopedia article. mycophile
[edit]Tabitha King says, in this article, that she is a mycophile. But I can't seem to find a definition for this word...
What's a mycophile?
- Some one who enjoys mushrooms.. AnonMoos 17:27, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
I'd bet ANYTHING that the person who wrote this is Tabitha King. A lot of what's in here is way, way too specific for anyone but a biographer to know. And if a biographer is tailing anyone in the King family, it's not Tabitha.
By the way... Chris Stangl is right. A lot of what's in here is ludicrously irrelevant. RadCap30, 10/31/2006. P.S. - Happy Halloween!
Children's Books
[edit]I have always heard that Tabitha King was the author of Children's Books. However, I have note ever been able to find any of these writings. Can you tell me what Children's Books, if any, she has written. Thank you in advance for your kind response.

Corroborating information
[edit]The page on Stephen King says "Tabitha King is a published author with 9 novels to her name." Tabitha King's page says she has published 7 novels and a non-fiction book. Who's right? 85.204.141.137 (talk) 17:41, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
Naomi King: notable or not
[edit]Anyone else find it stupid that Naomi, daughter of Tabitha and Stephen, is not listed. It's stated in the userbox that she's "not notable", but people are going to notice when you say someone has three children, and only list two. I know that Naomi may not considered notable because she doesn't have an article, but can we go past that crap and try for accurate representation, instead of glossing over her? Notability generally
[edit]The existence of an interview and a famous husband doesn't support a claim of notability. If she is indeed notable (I have no reason to think she is not), then there should be additional references to her and her work . . . anyone care to add them? Bongomatic (talk) 04:44, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
- 7 published novels and one non fiction book is notable, surely? If it's not notable, then what is? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.2.38.112 (talk) 12:30, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
Page footer
[edit]Having the Stephen King bibliography footer appear on the Tabitha King page is seriously wrong since she is a writer in her own right. I suppose it appears here because of the Book:Stephen King thing, but if that's the case then that book thing needs to be changed so that pages can be included in a book without getting ludicrous extra footers like this. 83.227.239.180 (talk) 17:50, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
Tabitha J. King?
[edit]When her husband lists her name on the dedication page of Gerald's Game, she's listed as Tabitha Spruce King. However, the infobox lists her at Tabitha J. King. Can we confirm her current middle name with any certainty? jameslucas (" " / +) 19:34, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- Spruce is her maiden name. Jane is her middle name. It's fairly common for some to refer to married women with their maiden name in the place of their middle name. It's not the absolute norm, but it's common enough.Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:18, 11 August 2012 (UTC)
