Merge proposal

[edit]

I propose merging Ministry of Information Technology (India) into Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. I think the content in Ministry of Information Technology (India) can easily be explained in the context of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, and a merge would not cause any article-size or weighting problems in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
