That is the reason it was tagged. I'm the one who runs the bot that tagged it, but I am not involved with the Texas project. If it clearly doesn't belong, you can remove the tag, and list it at User:WatchlistBot/Texas to make sure it doesn't get retagged. Or you can just let me know, and I'll list it there.
