Mark Twain connection?
[edit]The history section claimed that Roanoke Plantation was "home of Captain Adam Clement and his son John M. Clement, who is the father of Samuel Clement (Mark Twain)". Twain's birth name was Samuel Clemens, and his father was indeed John Marshall Clemens; however, according to the senior Clemens' WP article his father's name was Samuel B. (not Adam). There was a "Captain Adam Clements" attached to Company E of the 28th Virginia Infantry in 1861, but his connection to Twain seems tenuous. Miniapolis (talk) 18:45, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
