Though rather obvious, the textual briefings and debriefings to episodes follow the same basic design as those in Star Wars.

This is a small bit which has so far (in my, the author's, knowledge) never been addressed in the Stargunner community. During the final scene in which the player is escaping the exploding planet Zile, the planet's surface bears a striking resemblance with what Earth might look like a century or so in the future. If you look closely, you can point out countries such as India and Africa, but the areas of Asia and Europe are horribly disfigured because there is a large amount of water covering their surface. Will this be what Earth looks like when the water level rises? It's a very puzzling phenomenon which I have not sen discussed in any Stargunner or 3D Realms/Apogee forum. --Gold Lead 03:07, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect Developer

[edit]

Developer is incorrect. Correct Developer is WizardWorks, as you can see from the box art:

I'm not entirely sure why it's located on the 3D Realms site, but I'm not arguing with it.

Incorrect Incorrect Developer

[edit]

The game is NOT developed by Wizard Works. It was developed by 4 guys in Brisbane, Australia and published by Apogee. James Podesta, Dave Pevreal, Craig Alsop and Leo Plaw. I know this because I was one of the developers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.7.240.120 (talk) 09:01, 7 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You don't need to be one of the developers to know that; it says it in the in-game credits. They even state that it was developed in Brisbane. However, the development company, which is what we put in the developer field when the name of the development team is not confirmed by reliable sources, is WizardWorks.--Martin IIIa (talk) 16:32, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
