It looks like it. Our tax dollars at work generating acronyms. Worse yet, needs tons of Wikification. And of course its name is redundant. Should be moved to just Special Operations Command, Pacific since it is encyclopedic to spell out names in titles, and probably explain and use the acronym in the body.
