The current information more or less checks out with what we have at Population transfer in the Soviet Union, so I'm not alleging that there's anything inaccurate in the article. However, I would feel more confident saying that the article's framing was appropriately neutral if the article was supported by citations to unbiased academic sources, rather than sources affiliated with the post-Soviet Latvian government which is not a neutral party on issues involving the USSR. signed, Rosguilltalk23:17, 9 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
