The inventing of "Samolo"
[edit]This article currently states that Coward invented Samolo for his post-war musical Pacific 1860 (premiered 1946). However, the Wikipedia article for We Were Dancing (premiered 1935) notes that it's set in Samolo. This needs clarification by someone who knows the subject better than me. It seems unlikely that Coward didn't invent Samolo until 11 years after he set a play there. Unless maybe the setting for We Were Dancing isn't sketched in sufficient detail to be considered "invented" yet. Tonydwyer (talk) 20:23, 20 November 2014 (UTC)
