Manse
[edit]The section on the manse states that the house on Hermitage Place (no 14) was the former manse, dating from 1805, and cites Gifford Buildings of Scotland: Edinburgh. But Gifford (p478 in the Penguin) mentions 14 West Hermitage Place, dates it to 1805, and has no mention of it being a manse. There is also East Hermitage Place, likewise no mention of a manse. I have checked this both in the 1984 Penguin edition and the 2003 Yale edition. I am removiing the citation and putting on a cn tag. If no supporting information is forthcoming, I suggest we remove the section. Kognos (talk) Kognos (talk) 17:09, 23 August 2022 (UTC)
