Thinking Cap
[edit]Thinking Cap redirects to this article, but there is no reference in the article to explain how thinking caps and smoking caps might be related. FreeFlow99 (talk) 10:31, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
- It used to be given as a synonym, but I removed it because it was inserted with this edit which seemed to be POV influenced and removed the citation from the passage, presumably because it didn't support the editor's POV. I found no evidence that "thinking cap" is a synonym. The closest I got was this poem which appears to be addressing a specific individual item that had multiple uses, but my reading is that it means thinking cap = night cap if it's saying anything at all. I'll request deletion of the redirect. SpinningSpark 14:13, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
