In office, or not?

The intro says that Uzelac is the current vice PM; the next paragraph, though, says he "offered his resignation" back in March. Which is it? If what he resigned from was a different position, you need to be more clear about that. As the only references given are in Serbian and I don't speak or read Serbian, someone else who is able to read those references will have to fix this.
