Evaluation
[edit]Which article are you evaluating?
- Single's Inferno
Why you have chosen this article to evaluate?
- I chose this article because my friends and I were always interested in watching the show after seeing so many clips about it on social media. It was suprising that the article is still in stub form, so I thought it would be interesting to watch it while researching about it. It matters because the show itself if pretty popular. If fans wanted a quick summary or deeper insight about the show or cast, having a fully written Wikipedia article might be useful. My first impression about the article is that although it has the bare bones of a structure, it still lacked greater details. There are no episode summaries and barely any background about the show.
Evaluate the article Lead section
- The lead does inclue an introductory sentence that concisely and clearly describes the article's topic. However, it does not gave a brief description of the article's major sections. It lacks detail that can be added. It does not have as much background information about the show that it can, and it does not discuss how the show operates.
Content
- The content is relevant to the topic. However, the content is not up-to-date. It does not have new on what happened to the contestants after. The content does not deal with Wikipedia's equity gaps.
Tone and Balance
- The artical is neutral with no heavy bias. There are no overrepresented viewpoints. The article does not attempt to persuade the reader in favor of one position or away from another.
Sources and References
- The facts are backed up by a reliable secondary source of information and are thorough. The sources are current. Since this is a dating show, the sources that are available are mostly through pop culture news agencies or entertainment news. The links work well.
Organization and writing quality
- The article is well-written, but it lacks detail. There are no grammatical or spelling errors. The article is well-organized with different sections.
Images and Media
- The article only has one image, and it is just of the promotional poster of season 2. The image is well-captioned and does adhere to Wikipedia's copyright regulation. The image is laid out in a visually appealing way.
Talk page discussion
- There aren't any behind the scenes conversations. It is not rated, but it is categorized as a stub article. It should be expanded on in terms of how the show runs, the background behind it, more images, and plot summaries of episodes.
Overall impressions
- Overall, this article is still not as developed as it can be. It needs more images and sections like plot summaries and background information, as it is still in stub form. The strength of this article is that so far, it is concise and not biased.
