Shigeru Chiba had a minor role in the anime Monster (2004) as Gunther Milch (written in the end credits as "ミルヒ"). The character appears in episodes 52 to 54. Since it's a minor role, reliable sources related to the voice actor does not list the role. His own profile on a blog site only mention the major roles. His now archived page on 81 Produce doesn't have it. The page for the anime on Madhouse's site does not include the cast. I tried to cite a user edited encyclopedia for my edit but it was understandably removed. His name is in the end credits of the episodes mentioned above, however I can't find a good source and I have no idea how to cite the anime itself. Can anyone help with this?
Also, one of the External Links on this article (Hitoshi Doi's Seiyuu Database) falsely credits this role to another famous voice actor, Susumu Chiba. This mistake was probably made since they share the kanji for Chiba in their names. I think such a site should not be linked, at least on this article.
